Return Policy

At CDL.ma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within the guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all tags and labels. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, the following items are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items
• Sale items (final sale)

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA, package the item securely in its original packaging, and send your return to the following address:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference in the email to our customer service team.
